Shelley is a divisional leader at Protect-A-Partner International.
She completed her articles at Kessel Feinstein.
After qualifying she went into private practice.
In 1998 she was appointed to the National Lotteries Board and was involved in the evaluation and appointment of the first, and second lotteries license operator.
In 1999 she worked on the Cell C bid, for the third cellular license advising on governance issues.
She has been consulting since 2004 and her projects include the Gautrain and Rapid Blue Productions projects.
She has worked on forensic auditing and special investigations in both the public and private sectors.
Her areas of expertise include financial management clean up reviews, compliance audits, forensic audits and investigations.
